About the Role

As Quality Inspector, you will support and execute the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and applicable customer, regulatory, and internal requirements. Working closely with the Director of Quality, this role supports quality objectives, customer satisfaction, corrective actions, supplier quality initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and execution of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
• Ensure assigned processes comply with customer-specific, regulatory, and internal requirements
• Participate in internal audits, corrective actions, and risk-based process monitoring
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, and Customer Service to support quality objectives
• Represent Quality in internal, customer, and registrar audits as delegated
• Investigate customer complaints and nonconformances using structured methodologies (8D, 5-Why, 3-Legged)
• Support containment actions, corrective action implementation, and verification of effectiveness
• Assist with supplier quality activities, including issue resolution and corrective actions
• Support data collection, validation, and analysis for quality metrics
• Align on KPI definitions, data inputs, and reporting expectations
• Deliver quality-related training to ensure employee competence

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a quality role within a manufacturing environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required, with strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience supporting an ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
• Internal Auditor training and audit participation required
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
